Elizabeth K. English
Founder and Principal
Elizabeth (Beth) English is the founder and lead consultant of EE and Associates, LLC. She brings more than 30 years of domestic and international experience, an emphasis on emerging technologies, and a solid underpinning in legacy technologies. She has a deep understanding of the current upheaval in technology, the shift from tactile
to virtual, and the focus on information rather than objects as a primary resource.
Beth consistently delivers value to her clients by substantially reducing costs, delivering enhanced technologies, and empowering change. Her clients hail from a variety of industries, including high tech, healthcare, government, education, utilities, commercial real estate, agriculture, and transportation, in business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments. She is committed to helping clients improve both their short-term results while implementing long-term strategies for transformational success.
Uniquely qualified to assist companies in today’s rapidly changing environment, Beth combines an emphasis in emerging technologies including UC and Cloud, with her background in engineering, creating a rare foundational understanding how to integrate these with existing, legacy technologies. This expertise includes decades of successful program and project management, RFP development and procurement, premises equipment, call center, infrastructure and data center initiatives, as well as post award project planning, implementation and management of day-to-day telecommunications operations, for both domestic and international engagements.
A proven leader, Beth has continuously demonstrated success in creating, organizing, and leading cross-functional teams. She is a recognized expert in managing complex, multi-location
projects and information and communications technology related construction projects, leveraging her diverse background and skills in technology and interpersonal communications to deftly manage engagements. She brings the transformative thinking required to address the ubiquitous connectivity of today’s world.
Beth holds two Master’s Degrees: one in Telecommunications from the University of Denver, and the other in Project Management from George Washington University. She holds a BSBA in Operations Management from West Virginia University, and has a background in both network design and PBX engineering, all of which enable her to offer services in a broad range of disciplines.
A regular contributor to industry publications and blogs, Beth is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences on topics including compliance and disaster recovery. She is a long time member of the Society of Communications Technology Consultants International (SCTC), currently serving as President of the Board of Directors, as well as a member of the Global Consultant Alliance. Beth has twice been awarded California Businesswoman of the Year by the Business Advisory Council. She is a mom and an active member of her local community.

Edward O. Moran
Global Markets Specialist
Edward O. Moran is an experienced telecom and alternative energy advisor for global emerging markets.
Edward has been providing strategic and management consulting and advisory services in the area of technology, media, telecommunications, and alternative energy for both developed and developing markets for over 20 years. He has consulted in a wide variety of service areas including strategic advisory for M&A, macroeconomic research, market / region / sector / product / service studies, risk and credit assessments, regulatory / tariff studies, business plan development and execution, among others.
Previously, he served as the Latin American regional commercial and technical director for Netro Corporation, a leading provider of broadband, point-to-multipoint, fixed wireless equipment to provide voice and high-speed data access connectivity to corporate users in major metropolitan areas.
Mr. Moran worked for Polycom Inc., the worldwide leading Provider of Teleconferencing equipment, as a regional sales and technical support manager for the Mercosur trade block region, where he led, managed, and trained local channel partner sales and technical support personnel. Under his management, regional sales quadrupled in less than two years.
Prior to the above, Edward held several senior design and development positions in the electronics / telecommunications industries in both the US and Israel.
Edward received his International MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (USC). He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering (B.Sc.EE) from Tel-Aviv University, Israel, where he specialized in Data Communications and Telecommunications.
Edward speaks fluent Spanish, Portuguese, and Hebrew.

Tom White
Global Enterprise Specialist
Tom White is an exceptional consultant with comprehensive experience successfully managing global enterprise projects. He has extensive experience in telecommunications and information technology project management, solving complex, multi-level issues using tact and diplomacy combined with strong analytical skills. He has established a track record for completing projects on time and within budget. Specialties include Program/Project Management with PMP and PMO certifications, IT Infrastructure LAN and WAN, Telecommunications, and Network Operations Centers.
For the last seven years, Tom has been a Program/Project Management at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he supported HP both as a contractor and as an employee. He was responsible for projects including P&G Global End User Systems, SharePoint, Lync/Skype, Meeting and Directory Services, and Global PCs. He served as a Senior Project Manager for Eastern Computer Exchange, Inc., providing Project Management support for two data center (LAN, WAN, and Server consolidation) moves for Reed Elsevier Technology Services (on-site LexisNexis). He founded TEK Consulting, Inc., growing this "Best in Class" technology consulting services firm into a $2.2M business. Projects included a Data Systems implementation at San Francisco International Airport (valued at $55 million) to support the opening of a newly constructed International Terminal Building (1.8 million square feet).
For 23 years, Tom served as a Communications Officer in the United States Air Force, leading a 300+ person team in the design, engineering, implementation, operations, and maintenance of communications systems, providing communications, operations, and maintenance support for over 35,000 customers located at over 450 locations worldwide. He managed $60 million in development and support contracts, while personally directing efforts that saved over $26 million in acquisition and support costs.
Tom holds a Master’s in Management from Webster University, a BS from University of Northern Colorado, as well as an Associates in Electronics Technology and his PMP Certification.
Tom is a member of the Society of Communications Technology Consultants International.

Laura Sikorski

Laura Sikorski is a recognized expert in contact/call centers, project/program management, and business operations. She has worked with hospitals, utilities, automobile manufacturers, and numerous other industries across the nation. The call center policies, procedures, technology improvements, training programs, and implementation plans developed by Laura have consistently improved operational excellence for her clients. They have enabled staff to proactively anticipate customer needs to resolve all issues through consistency and product knowledge, and ensure employees are consistently meeting and/or exceeding customer expectations and satisfaction.
As an industry expert, Laura has spoken at numerous conferences, regularly writes articles for industry magazines, and is often quoted in publications.
