Performed telecommunications audit on approximately 75 domestic US locations for global food production company with approximately 5,000 US staff. Audit covered local voice, long distance, 800 Mhz. radio services, SCADA, Internet, Cable TV, ISDN services, Video, Wireless and data services (point to point). Worked with three separate company entities, each with multiple divisions.
Audit produced ongoing savings of $343,000 annually and $25,000 in one time refunds from carriers for billing errors. Savings was approximately 10% of annual $3,000,000 expense for the services audited.
